Google Fitbit Edge Leak Reveals New Wearable Device Details
A mystery fitness tracker has been identified as Fitbit Edge, a screen-equipped device from Google's wearable lineup.
The leak was confirmed by Android Headlines, which published proper product renders and details about the feature set.
Fitbit Edge reportedly has a color display, notifications, built-in GPS, an altimeter, and automatic activity recognition. It also features Google Maps, media and music controls, and Find My Phone, but is positioned as simpler than the Pixel Watch 5.
The device appears to be part of Google's three-level wearable lineup, with Fitbit Air at the bottom (no screen) and Pixel Watch at the top (full smartwatch features). The price range for Fitbit Edge is estimated to be between $149 and $199.
