Google Gemini Unveils Customizable Avatars for Enterprise Agents

Google has updated its Gemini chatbot to include animated avatars for enterprise agents. The new feature, called Live Avatars, uses the Gemini 3.8 Live dialogue model and is available only for business customers.

The avatars can be customized with different appearances, voices, and facial expressions, and are capable of switching between languages mid-conversation. They can also perform tasks in the background while interacting with a customer.
