Google Meet Adds One-Page Summary to Meeting Notes Feature

Google Meet's 'Take notes for me' feature has been upgraded to include a one-page summary of conversations, called Quick Notes. This new feature provides a concise overview of key highlights from meetings and conversations.

Quick Notes populates the main tab on automatically generated Google Docs after a meeting, providing a high-level summary in bullet points and checklists. The actual notes are accessible on a separate tab, preserving all the deeper context from the conversation.

The feature is now available to regular Google users, in addition to Workspace accounts, and has been expanded to include real-life meetings and conversations. Quick Notes will also be delivered to users' emails directly as a rich-text overview.
