Google Ordered to Comply Under Judge-Appointed Ad Tech Oversight

The Department of Justice had proposed divestiture, but Brinkema deemed this 'unrealistic' and a sign of 'lack of trust' in Google's ability to comply with an order.

A Monitor and Technical Committee will oversee Google's compliance with the court's final judgment, as outlined in the newly released memorandum.
