Google Photos Gets Major Upgrade with Gemini Spark, Digital Wardrobe, and More
Google Photos is upgrading its features for users, giving them more control over their photos. The new updates include Gemini Spark's access to Google Photos, allowing users to perform various tasks with voice prompts.
The feature, previously announced in September, is now available to AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the US. With Gemini Spark, users can bulk edit photos, create galleries, and even draft emails to share with others.
Another new feature is the digital wardrobe, which catalogs users' clothing and allows them to virtually try on outfits based on their photos. This feature is available globally for eligible Android and iOS users in the US, India, and Brazil.
In addition, Google Photos is introducing new Moods that adapt to images, allowing users to apply styles like 'Night lights' or 'Retro contrast'. New Remix templates and an upgraded Markup tool with features like a redact pen are also being rolled out.
