Google Photos Overhauls Album Sharing with Improved QR Code Feature
Google Photos is working on an improved way to share albums using QR codes. Currently, users can generate a QR code for an album and share it, but they have to take a screenshot of it first.
This isn't very convenient, so Google is updating the interface to allow users to copy or download the QR code directly. This means users can share their albums without having to go through the extra step of taking a screenshot.
In addition to the updated QR code sharing feature, Google Photos is also revamping its Collections Tab. Users will now be able to pin items at the top of the page and reorder folders within the tab.
