Google Pixel 11 Pro Has Three Flaws to Fix for the Pixel 12 Pro
The Google Pixel 11 Pro is widely regarded as one of the best Android phones of the year, offering excellent hardware, top-tier cameras, and unmatched software. However, despite its strengths, the device highlights three key issues that Google needs to address for the upcoming Pixel 12 Pro.
The first issue is gaming performance. While the Tensor G6 chipset delivers fast and reliable day-to-day performance, the Pixel 11 Pro struggles with gaming due to its GPU not natively supporting OpenGL ES. This results in significant microstutters and performance issues, particularly in popular titles like Genshin Impact. Google must address this rendering problem to ensure smooth gaming experiences on the Pixel 12 Pro.
The second problem is battery capacity. The Pixel 11 Pro's 4,850mAh battery provides good endurance, but it lags behind competitors who use silicon-carbon batteries. Google should consider adopting this technology to significantly improve battery life, making the Pixel 12 Pro a true multi-day smartphone.
The third issue is wired charging. The Pixel 11 Pro's 30W wired charging speed is outdated compared to competitors like Motorola, OnePlus, and Samsung, which offer much faster charging. Google needs to match at least Samsung's 60W charging speed on the Pixel 12 Pro and ensure broader charger support.
