Google Pixel 11 Series Brings Flagship Camera Tech to Mass Market
Google's latest flagship series has arrived in stores, featuring four new models that promise to deliver top-notch camera performance. The Tensor G6 chip powers all four phones, offering significant upgrades over its predecessor, including a 50% boost in TPU compute and up to 25% faster web browsing.
The Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL stand out with their improved cameras, boasting a new main sensor that Google claims is 'Pixel's best camera yet.' The Pro models also feature a redesigned 48 MP telephoto lens with increased light sensitivity and support for up to 120x Pro Zoom.
But it's not just about the hardware, the Tensor G6 has enabled Google to integrate advanced AI-powered creator tools, including a new on-screen teleprompter, project folders, and a storyboard tool. The Pixel series also introduces 4K Portrait Video, which allows for real-time separation of subject and background.
Pricing has increased across the board, with the Pixel 11 starting at $899 and the Pro Fold topping out at $1,899. The Pixel Watch 5 starts at $399, while the Pixel Tag tracker costs $29 for a single unit or $99 for a four-pack.
