Google Rolls Out Health Guardian Feature for Pixel Smartwatches

Google has released an update for its Google Health app, version v5.09, which includes support for the new health monitoring feature called Health Guardian.

This feature is rolling out to users of the Google Pixel smartwatches, including the Pixel Watch 3, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Watch 5.

With the Android version v5.09, users can set up Health Guardian, and their first monthly health summary will arrive in early October 2026.

The feature generates reports on three key areas: Blood Pressure Trends, Insulin Resistance Trends, and Sleep Breathing Quality.
