Google Teams Up with MrBeast for Multi-Year Campaign Promoting Gemini AI Product
Google and MrBeast have partnered for a multi-year campaign to promote Google's Gemini AI product. The partnership is part of Google's 'Look What You Can Do' brand campaign, which features collaborations with several creators to showcase how Gemini assists with their creative processes.
The campaign includes two spots released by Google Creative Lab, featuring everyday people using Gemini to research and solve problems. One ad shows Alex Cooper designing costumes for her dogs with Gemini's help, while the other features MrBeast filling a pool with slime after calculating the total volume needed with Gemini.
Marvin Chow, VP of consumer and AI marketing at Google, said 'What Jimmy’s built at Beast Industries shows what you can do when you refuse to accept creative limits.' The campaign will run on digital channels, out-of-home, and national linear television, with integrations planned for in-stadium jumbotrons and over broadcast TV during college football games.
MrBeast released an original video showcasing Gemini's capabilities, featuring a survival competition in three extreme climates. This is reportedly the first of ongoing Gemini integrations within MrBeast’s content. A future video will integrate the Google Fitbit Air to promote the Google Health side of the partnership.
