Google Teases Pixel 11 Series Ahead of Made by Google Event

Google's Pixel 11 series is set to launch on August 12 at the Made by Google event. The company has been teasing its upcoming phones, and leaks have revealed some details about their design and features. According to leaked renders, the standard Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro will have a similar design to their predecessors, with slight variations in color options.

The Pixel 11 series is expected to feature an updated Tensor chip, reportedly based on a more efficient 2nm process, which should provide better power efficiency and performance compared to the previous generation's Tensor G5 chip. The base Pixel 11 will likely have a 6.3-inch OLED screen, while the Pro model will have a slightly larger 6.8-inch screen.

The company has also teased the possibility of a new circular, color-changing light on the camera bar, which could be related to interacting with Gemini or serving as a notification alert when the phone is face down. Leaked colors include 'Obsidian', 'Hibiscus', and 'Pistachio,' while Amazon listings suggest additional options like 'Midnight', 'Fuchsia', and 'Moss.'

The Pixel 11 Pro Fold will likely make some design tweaks, including darkened camera bars and a glowing light similar to the standard phones. It's expected to retain its 8-inch internal display and 6.4-inch external screen.
