Google Unveils Pixel 11 Family at Made by Google Event
Google is set to unveil its latest flagship smartphones at the Made by Google event on August 12, 2026. The Pixel 11 family will include the standard Pixel 11, the souped-up Pixel 11 Pro, and the slightly larger Pixel 11 Pro XL.
The Pixel 11 series will be powered by Google's Tensor G6 chipset, but all models will be limited to 12GB of RAM. This is a departure from previous generations, which came standard with 16GB of RAM.
Google is also removing the 128GB storage option, starting with 256GB instead. This means each device will start at $100 more than last year's models.
The Pixel 11 series will run on Android 17 and feature a notification light, rumored to be called HiLight, which will light up when specific contacts are calling.
