Google Unveils Pixel 11 Series with Lightning-Fast On-Device AI
The Google Pixel 11 series has been released, featuring improved on-device AI processing and camera capabilities. The new Tensor G6 chip allows for up to 3.5 times faster local AI and up to 3.5 times lower energy use, according to Google's internal tests.
The base Pixel 11 model starts at $899 with 256GB of storage, while the Pro models start at $1,099, $1,299, and $1,899 for the Pro, Pro XL, and Pro Fold respectively. The Pro XL has a larger battery capacity than the standard Pixel 11.
The Pixel 11 series also features improved camera hardware, including a new 5x telephoto lens on the base model and 48-megapixel wide, ultrawide, and telephoto cameras on the Pro models. Google promises seven years of operating-system, security, and Pixel Drop updates for all Pixel 11 phones.
