Google has launched its own item tracker, dubbed Pixel Tag, which uses the company's Find Hub network to quickly locate missing items. The Pixel Tag is an oblong stainless steel device designed to resist flexing and cracking, and is IP67 water- and dust-resistant.

The tag features a built-in speaker that can play a sound to help locate it, as well as a button to ring the device and find your phone. It has a long-lasting battery life of up to a year and is user-serviceable.

Pixel Tag will be available from November 11, 2026, for £29/US$29 per unit or £99/US$99 for a four-pack. The tag connects via Fast Pair with Android devices running Android 9 or newer, allowing users to name items and share them with up to 10 people.

The Pixel Tag taps into Google's Find Network, which uses safety features like end-to-end encrypted location information to protect user data while helping them quickly reunite with lost items. The tag also supports Left Behind alerts to prevent leaving items behind when out of range.
