Google Unveils Trio of Tools to Streamline Advertiser Data Management
Google has announced three new tool enhancements aimed at helping advertisers bring together data across platforms to support growth. The tools, which include Data Manager API universal, Data Strength Uplift Metric in Google Ads, and upgraded Meridian with agentic capabilities, are designed to simplify how businesses collect, manage, and use their customer data.
Data Manager is being integrated into Google Analytics and Display & Video 360, allowing advertisers to instantly feed their data directly into both platforms through one pipeline. The Data Strength Uplift Metric in Google Ads enables marketers to measure the value of first-party data, estimating the additional conversions recovered through its use.
The integration of geo-experiments with Google's core Marketing Mix Modeling framework, Meridian, allows marketers to definitively anchor their data models to real-world incrementality results. This is a significant upgrade from relying purely on correlative statistical patterns.
