Google Upgrades CC AI Agent with Family Sharing and Task Automation
Google has upgraded its CC artificial intelligence agent to support families and households. The new feature allows up to six members to share information and coordinate tasks through a single Google account.
The CC agent now operates with its own verified Google account, enabling multiple users to manage and collaborate with the agent. Each member can control what information to share with CC, including emails from schools, activity centers, or service providers, while keeping other data private.
With this upgrade, CC delivers a shared daily brief called 'Your Day Ahead' each morning, automatically tracks important dates and tasks, and can complete logistical work such as filling out permission slips, creating shopping lists, or planning weekly meals. The agent pulls information from Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, and other Google services to maintain a centralized view of household activities.
CC runs on Google's Antigravity agentic harness and the latest Gemini models, operating on isolated cloud computers. This allows the system to pre-fill PDF forms, check live drive times through the Google Maps API, and create shared documents in Google Docs and Sheets.
