Google Vids Adds Document-to-Video Workflow

Google Vids has expanded its capabilities to convert Google Docs, PDFs, and Microsoft Word files into engaging video summaries. This feature is now available across various account tiers in the Google Workspace suite.

The new functionality allows users to bypass the difficulties of digesting lengthy text documents by automatically transforming them into concise videos with AI-generated voiceover narration and custom visuals.

To access this feature, users can simply click on the 'File' dropdown menu in the top left corner of the Google Vids workspace editor and select the 'Docs to video' option. The process takes only a couple of clicks, making it easy to create shareable videos from complex documents.
