The session, 'From MVP to Billions of Users: How Product Decisions Must Change at Scale,' explores how product teams adapt as their decisions affect more users. Stein's experience spans working within a large organization and leading smaller startups, including co-founding Stamped, which was acquired by Yahoo.
Stein currently works on generative AI products and experiences within Google Search, including AI Mode, which surpassed 1 billion monthly users in May. The session will discuss how to balance innovation with reliability as a product grows from an MVP to serving billions of users.
