Google Wallet Tests New Vertically Stacked Card Layout
Google Wallet is testing a new layout that simplifies browsing and selecting multiple saved payment cards. The redesigned app displays cards in a vertically stacked format, similar to Apple's implementation.
The current Google Wallet design places cards in a horizontally swipeable carousel, which can be unfriendly for users with multiple cards. This redesign aims to address this issue by making it easier to access and select the desired card.
According to reports from international users, such as those in Japan and the Dominican Republic, the new layout is rolling out gradually. Users will have the option to reorder their cards and set a default one.
