Google's AI Service CC Aids Families in Managing Schedules and Tasks

Google has launched an experimental AI service called CC that aims to help families and small groups manage their schedules, tasks, and shared information. The service uses a dedicated Google account that can be shared with up to six family members, who can decide which information to send to the agent.

Users can forward individual emails to CC when needed or choose specific email addresses whose messages are always sent to the shared account. CC also creates a shared calendar and task list that all members can view.

The platform sends daily briefings to participants with upcoming events and to-do items, and it can also assist with tasks such as completing paperwork, filling out registration forms, and creating shopping lists.
