Google's CC AI Agent Now Manages Family Schedules and Tasks
Google has revamped its CC AI agent to serve as a shared household assistant that can coordinate schedules, tasks, and documents for up to six adults.
The new version of CC is available as an early Google Labs experiment in the US for people aged 18 and older with personal Google Accounts. Existing users will receive upgrade invitations while new users can join a waitlist.
Each household member chooses what information to share rather than giving the agent unrestricted access to a personal account, allowing them to control their level of participation.
The CC AI agent uses shared information to create a daily briefing, maintain a family calendar and task list, and generate shared documents and sheets. It can also help with tasks such as filling out permission slips or activity registration forms and preparing school-supply lists.
