Google's Overpriced Pixel 11 Clear Case Gets Roasted

Google's Pixel 11 Clear Case has been criticized for its high price of $50. The case is part of Google's official accessory lineup, but it doesn't seem to offer any significant advantages over third-party options. In fact, some reviewers have found the case to be virtually identical to a $15 Spigen offering on Amazon.

The reviewer notes that while the Pixel 11 Clear Case does come with official Pixelsnap support, which might provide a slightly stronger magnetic grip, it's not enough to justify the price difference. The case also leaves the entire bottom gap unprotected, which could lead to damage in the event of a drop.

Google is yet to improve its case designs for the Pixel series, despite growing success and increasing competition from Apple and Samsung. The reviewer suggests that users look for third-party options instead, such as Spigen's clear case, which offers better value for money.
