Google's Sundar Pichai Meets Ex-Classmate Turned Spiritual Leader

Google CEO Sundar Pichai and ISKCON monk Gauranga Das share an academic connection, having graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in 1993. While Pichai went on to lead Google, Das chose a life of spirituality.

The two IIT alumni reportedly met years later at Akash Ambani's wedding in 2019. According to Gauranga Das, when they interacted, Sundar Pichai remarked on his youthful appearance and said 'You look younger than me.'

Gauranga Das replied with a light-hearted remark: 'You deal with Google, which creates stress. I deal with God, who releases stress.'
