Granite Point Mortgage Trust (NYSE: GPMT) has amended and restated its repurchase financing facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank. The new agreement, which was entered into through subsidiary GP Commercial JPM LLC, increases the maximum size of the uncommitted master repurchase facility to $651 million. This figure is not a disclosed borrowing amount but rather an uncommitted maximum.

The amended facility has a stated maturity date of July 28, 2028, and provides three one-year extension options. The agreement also adjusts principal payment waterfall mechanics and modifies financial covenants related to 'Unrestricted Cash' and 'Minimum Tangible Net Worth'. Granite Point Mortgage Trust continues to guarantee obligations under this facility through its subsidiary.
