Honeywell Technologies has announced key leadership changes in its Process Technology and Building Automation divisions. Billal Hammoud, a company veteran, will take over as President and CEO of Process Technology on October 1, 2026, succeeding Ken West who is leaving the company to pursue an external opportunity.

Hammoud's experience includes prior leadership roles at Performance Materials and Technologies, including Smart Energy and Thermal Solutions. He has successfully led Building Automation to accelerate annual organic growth from 2% in 2023 to 8% in 2025, delivering seven consecutive quarters of high-single-digit organic growth and margin expansion.

Hammoud's move to Process Technology comes after he led the integration of the $4.95 billion acquisition of Access Solutions, positioning the business for its 'next phase of growth and profitability.'
