Health Canada Issues Recalls for Children’s Book and Other Products Sold at Major Retailers

Health Canada recently issued new product recall notices for several items sold at major Canadian retailers. The recalls include a children's board book, 'Make Believe Ideas Groovy Baby “I Spy a Fly!”', due to a choking hazard. This book was sold through Amazon and Indigo from March 2025 to June 2026. A total of 1,247 units were affected.

Other recalled products include barbecues sold at The Home Depot and on Amazon, and various other items such as hair products, Bluetooth speakers, and smart glasses available through Amazon. Consumers are advised to stop using the recalled products immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund.
