Health Canada Recalls Power Station, Hand Warmers, and Strollers Amid Safety Concerns
Health Canada has issued new product recall notices for several items sold through major retailers. A power station, hand warmers, and strollers are among those affected.
The Goal Zero Yeti 3000X power station was recalled due to a potential fire hazard caused by overheating of the circuit board. According to Health Canada, 509 units were sold in Canada between May 2020 and August 2025, including at The Home Depot.
Consumers are advised to stop using the power stations immediately and install a free firmware update available through the Goal Zero application or contact Goal Zero for installation assistance.
Additionally, hand warmers and strollers sold on Amazon have also been recalled due to potential safety risks. Details of these recalls were not provided in the Health Canada announcement.
