Health Canada Recalls Power Stations, Hand Warmers, Strollers Due to Fire Risk
Health Canada has issued new product recall notices for several items available through various retailers. A power station sold at The Home Depot, hand warmers, and strollers sold on Amazon are among the recalled products.
The Goal Zero Yeti 3000X power station was confirmed to have been sold in Canada, with a total of 509 units affected. These were sold from May 2020 to August 2025 at The Home Depot.
According to Health Canada, the power station's circuit board may overheat and cause fire and burn risks.
The manufacturer, Goal Zero, has provided instructions for users to update their firmware or contact them directly for a free installation. Users are advised to stop using the product until further notice.
