Hedera Partnership Brings IDTrust to Global Enterprise Customer Base
THG, a Swiss enterprise tech company, has partnered with IBM to bring its IDTrust solution to the global enterprise customer base of IBM. The partnership also includes an Embedded Solution Agreement for IBM Cloud and AI solutions.
IDTrust is a self-sovereign identity solution that enables businesses to issue, verify, and manage credentials for individuals, machines, and even AI agents. It follows W3C standards and uses the Hedera distributed ledger to create trust in digital identities.
The platform also includes 'Know Your Agent' features, which allow companies to recognize AI agents and ensure they are authorized and acting within their limits. This is particularly important as more companies use autonomous systems for tasks such as customer support and supply chain management.
