Heron Bay Capital Management Bets Big on Amazon with $60 Million Stake
Heron Bay Capital Management acquired a significant stake in Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) during the second quarter, purchasing 251,562 shares valued at approximately $59.9 million.
This investment represents about 5.4% of Heron Bay's portfolio, making AMZN its third-largest holding.
Amazon has been a major focus for investors in recent months, with several brokerages upgrading their price targets and analysts pointing to accelerating demand for the company's cloud computing services.
In July, Amazon agreed to purchase up to $8 billion of backup generators from Generac, including approximately $2.4 billion of deliveries between 2027-2028.
