Hershey Company has appointed Dave Hulays as its new CFO, effective immediately. Hulays is a company veteran and former Procter & Gamble executive with 30 years of financial experience at Hershey and P&G.

The outgoing CFO, Steven E. Voskuil, will retire in early 2027 after serving the role for seven years. He will stay on through early Q2 2027 to help smooth the transition.

Hulays' compensation includes an annual base salary of $725,000 and a target annual incentive award opportunity equal to 85% of his base salary, which rose to 100% on the effective date of his appointment. He will also participate in a long-term incentive program with a target value of $2 million.
