HF Foods Group Inc. Expands Financing Options with Seventh Amendment to Credit Agreement

HF Foods Group Inc. (Nasdaq: HFFG) has entered into its seventh amendment to a credit agreement with JPMorgan Chase Bank, TD Bank, N.A., and Fifth Third Bank, N.A. as lenders.

The updated facility is intended for working capital, general corporate purposes, and permitted acquisitions, increasing the company's financial flexibility.

The amended agreement includes loans bearing interest at a rate based on Term SOFR or a 30-day SOFR-based rate, plus an applicable margin of either 2.50% or 1.75%. The company pays a commitment fee ranging from 0.15%-0.20% on unused revolving commitments.

Material subsidiaries must guarantee repayment, and the agreement includes restrictions on additional debt, liens, investments/acquisitions, mergers, asset sales, dividends, payments on subordinated debt, and affiliate transactions.
