HF Sinclair Forms Base Oil Supply Deals with SK Enmove and Chevron

HF Sinclair Corporation has formed long-term commercial agreements with SK Enmove and Chevron to establish a base oil supply network across North America. The company's Lubricants & Specialties segment will receive Group III base oils from SK Enmove and Group II base oils from Chevron.

The agreements position HF Sinclair's Lubricants & Specialties business to offer Group I, Group II, and Group III base oils.

HF Sinclair will serve as SK Enmove's distributor for YUBASE Group III base oils in key regional markets in North America, while distributing Chevron-branded Group II base oils in Canada and select U.S. regions.
