Hilton Honors Overhauls Loyalty Program with Tiered Benefits and New Redemptions
Hilton Honors, the loyalty program for Hilton Hotels, has introduced several new features and benefits across its 9,000 properties in 27 brands. Members can earn status through stays or by holding certain American Express cards.
The program offers tiered benefits, with four levels: Member, Silver, Gold, and Diamond Reserve. To qualify for Silver status, members need to complete four stays or spend $2,500 within a calendar year. For Diamond status, they must have 25 stays or spend $11,500.
Elite members can enjoy point bonuses, room upgrades, lounge access, and late checkout. Status is valid for the entire year earned plus the next calendar year. Hilton has also introduced a new feature called Adventures, which partners with AutoCamp and Explora Journeys to offer curated travel activities as redemption options.
