Hilton Takes Top Spot on India's Best Companies to Work For List for Third Year Running
The Great Place to Work organization has released its rankings for India's Best Companies to Work For in 2026, and hospitality giant Hilton takes the top spot for the third year running. The company boasts a large workforce of 3,861 employees based in Gurgaon, highlighting its commitment to creating a positive work environment. This achievement is not new to Hilton, as it has consistently ranked high in previous years, including taking the top spot in 2023 and 2024.
Cisco Systems India ranks second on the list with over 15,000 employees, making it the largest employer in this year's top 10. The company has a long history of ranking highly in this list, often finding itself among the top three. Synchrony International Services takes third place with 5,521 employees in the Financial Services & Insurance space.
The hospitality industry seems to be leading the way in creating positive work environments, as IHG Hotels & Resorts ranks fourth with 3,494 employees based in Gurgaon. The Flipkart Group rounds out the top five with a massive workforce of 19,648 employees from its Bangalore base.
