Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Appoints Pooja Bedi as General Counsel & Company Secretary
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) has appointed Pooja Bedi as its General Counsel & Company Secretary. The appointment comes with over 25 years of legal and business leadership experience across various sectors, including FMCG, alcobev, healthcare, and technology.
Bedi joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she served as chief counsel - India. Her previous roles include senior legal and compliance leadership positions at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev, and Pernod Ricard.
In her new role, Bedi will lead the company's Legal, Compliance, and Secretarial functions, working closely with the Board and leadership team on governance, regulatory matters, and corporate compliance. HCCB CEO Hemant Rupani stated that Bedi brings extensive legal and business leadership experience along with a strong track record across governance, compliance, and strategic advisory.
