Hollencrest Cuts Walmart Stake by Nearly Half
Hollencrest Capital Management reduced its stake in Walmart Inc. by nearly half during the second quarter, according to the company's latest 13F filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
The institutional investor sold 19,062 shares of Walmart stock, decreasing its position by 49.2% and leaving it with approximately $2.23 million worth of WMT holdings at the end of the period.
Walmart's U.S. marketplace sales reportedly increased 52% in the same quarter, helped by a broader product assortment, increased fulfillment adoption, and expansion into Mexico and Canada.
