Home Depot Honors Innovative Building Products in 2026 Awards
The Home Depot has unveiled the winners of its 2026 Innovation Awards, spotlighting products that tackle key industry challenges like jobsite efficiency and installation simplicity. The awards were presented during the retailer's annual supplier partnership meeting, showcasing innovations across various categories.
Top honors went to Hampton Bay/Glacier Bay's Ready-to-Assemble Cabinets with ClickReady Technology, which features a tool-free, snap-together design to streamline assembly and installation. The first runner-up was the Even Embers Santa Maria Grill, while the second runner-up was USG UltraLight Tough Gypsum Sheetrock Panels, praised for their lighter weight and easier handling.
Several finalists were also recognized for their innovative contributions. These included Surestone Summit Grooved Edge Composite Deck Board for durability, Kibosh Emergency Pipe Repair for its reusable clamp design, and Kidde Wire Free RF Interconnected Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors for their wireless connectivity. Other notable mentions included Clopay Avante Garage Door, Lifeproof Polished Tile Look Vinyl Planks, and Hampton Bay Lauder and Rosemont Solar Path Light.
The Home Depot also honored outstanding supplier partners in each merchandising category, including Ryobi in Appliances, Kohler in Bath, and Quikrete in Building Materials. Special awards were given to Back to the Roots as Environmental Partner of the Year, Delta as Interconnected Partner of the Year, and BEHR as Marketing Partner of the Year.
