Home Depot Posts 5.7% Sales Growth in Q2 Fiscal 2026
The Home Depot, the world's largest home improvement retailer, reported an increase in sales for the second quarter of fiscal 2026. The company generated $47.9 billion in revenue, a 5.7% growth from the same period last year.
Comparable sales for the second quarter increased by 1.7%, while comparable sales in the U.S. rose by 1.3%. Net earnings for the quarter were $4.8 billion, up from $4.6 billion in the same period of fiscal 2025.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 guidance, predicting total sales growth of approximately 2.5% to 4.5%, comparable sales growth of flat to 2.0%, and the opening of around 15 new stores.
