Home Depot Seeks Local Food Vendors for Expanded Program
The Home Depot is expanding its food operations program by seeking out local and regional food vendors to partner with.
In a statement, the home improvement retailer said that the new program aims to provide customers with 'inspired' options for meals outside of stores across the U.S.
'It's about getting inspired, connecting with the community, and maybe grabbing a bite to eat while you're there,' The Home Depot said in a statement, highlighting the benefits of partnering with local food vendors.
The program will offer customers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options from various food vendors. According to Richard Goodrich, vice president of merch services at The Home Depot, the goal is 'to provide local food options for our customers that enhance the shopping experience.'
