Home Depot Stock Drops as CEO Takes Medical Leave
Home Depot's stock price dropped by 2.7% on Wednesday after its CEO, Ted Decker, announced that he would be taking a temporary medical leave of absence.
The company expects Decker to return within the next few months and has appointed two executives to oversee operations in his absence.
Ann-Marie Campbell, senior EVP, will provide oversight of Home Depot's day-to-day operations, while Richard McPhail, EVP and CFO, will oversee financial management and Pro subsidiaries.
