Home Depot's SRS Expands HVAC Network with Lohmiller Acquisition

The Home Depot's subsidiary SRS Distribution has announced its plan to acquire Lohmiller & Company, a Colorado-based wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. The deal marks another step in building SRS's HVAC distribution platform around Carrier.

Lohmiller was founded in 1990 and distributes Carrier's residential, light commercial, and applied HVAC products through four locations, employing around 220 people. With this acquisition, SRS will expand its network and further consolidate the US HVAC distribution market.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This acquisition follows SRS's recent purchase of Mingledorff's, highlighting Home Depot's growing focus on professional trade customers.
