Honeywell Aerospace Boosts Investment in F-35 Fleet

Honeywell Aerospace has been focusing on improving capabilities in Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II readiness and thermal management since spinning off into an independent entity in June 2026.

The company's president of defense and space, Matt Milas, stated that Honeywell's investment has increased in the F-35 fleet, with a focus on fleet readiness, aircraft availability, and mission effectiveness.

Honeywell announced its 40 kW Power and Thermal Management System (PTMS) upgrade for the F-35 will be launched in September 2026.
