Honeywell Aerospace Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Alleged Misleading Statements
Honeywell Aerospace investors are being notified of a class action lawsuit seeking to recover losses from June 29, 2026 to September 1, 2026. The case, Green v. Honeywell Aerospace, Inc., et al., No. 26-cv-06779, alleges that the company's suppliers had a disproportionate impact on sales and were suffering supply constraints.
The lawsuit also claims that Honeywell Aerospace failed to disclose material adverse facts about its business, operations, and prospects during this time period. This includes an investigation into potential violations of the False Claims Act for failing to comply with cybersecurity requirements for government contracts.
Investors who purchased or acquired Honeywell Aerospace securities between June 29, 2026 and September 1, 2026 have until November 23, 2026 to request that the Court appoint them as lead plaintiff. However, their ability to share in any recovery does not require them to serve as lead plaintiff.
