Honeywell Aerospace Hit with Class Action Lawsuit Over Misleading Supply Base Disclosures
Levi & Korsinsky's Joseph E. Levi said, 'When analyst expectations are built on incomplete or misleading company disclosures, the resulting corrections can cause significant investor harm.'
Honeywell Aerospace Inc.'s (NASDAQ: HONA) stock took a hit after the company announced its second quarter net income was $256 million, missing the $684 million consensus figure. This resulted in a 32% year-over-year decline in adjusted earnings per share and a 70% drop in net income.
According to Levi & Korsinsky, investors who purchased securities between June 29, 2026, and September 1, 2026, may be eligible for lead plaintiff appointment. The deadline for this is November 23, 2026.
