Honeywell Aerospace Hit with Class Action Lawsuit Over Supplier Allegations

A class action securities lawsuit has been filed against Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ:HONA), alleging that the company made false statements or concealed material information about its suppliers and government contracts.

The lawsuit, filed by Levi & Korsinsky LLP on behalf of investors who purchased HONA shares between June 29, 2026, and September 1, 2026, claims that Honeywell Aerospace's positive statements about its business were misleading.

The complaint alleges that the company failed to disclose supply constraints affecting a small percentage of its suppliers, as well as an investigation into potential violations of the False Claims Act for failing to comply with cybersecurity requirements for government contracts.
