Honeywell Aerospace Hit with Securities Class Action Lawsuit
Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP is investigating claims against Honeywell Aerospace Incorporated (NASDAQ: HONA) and reminding investors of a November 23, 2026 deadline to seek lead plaintiff status in a federal securities class action. The suit alleges that the company made false or misleading statements about supplier constraints and cybersecurity compliance for government contracts.
According to the complaint, Honeywell Aerospace's share price fell $47.17 or 23.16% on August 6, 2026 after the company announced second quarter earnings with a 70% year-over-year net income decline and reduced full-year guidance. The stock price also dropped $3.87 or 2.45% on September 1, 2026 following news of a $2 million settlement with the Justice Department over False Claims Act allegations.
Faruqi & Faruqi is encouraging investors who purchased Honeywell Aerospace securities between June 29 and September 1 to contact partner Josh Wilson directly at 877-247-4292 or 212-983-9330 (Ext. 1310) to discuss their options, as any member of the putative class may move the Court to serve as lead plaintiff through counsel of their choice.
