A shareholder has filed a securities class action lawsuit on behalf of investors who purchased Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ: HONA) common stock between June 29, 2026 and September 1, 2026.
The lawsuit alleges that defendants made materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company's business operations, growth prospects, and financial stability during this period.
