Honeywell Aerospace Sued Over Alleged False Statements
The law firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP is seeking investors who purchased Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ: HONA) common stock on the open market between June 29, 2026 and September 1, 2026 to join a class action lawsuit against the company.
The suit alleges that Honeywell Aerospace made false or misleading statements about its business and operations during this period, resulting in significant losses for investors. Specifically, the complaint claims that the company failed to disclose supply chain issues with some of its suppliers, which had a material impact on sales and profitability.
On August 5, 2026, Honeywell Aerospace announced disappointing second quarter 2026 earnings, including a 70% year-over-year decline in net income and a reduction in full-year guidance. The stock price plummeted over 23% after this announcement. Then on September 1, 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that Honeywell Aerospace had agreed to pay $2 million to settle allegations of violating cybersecurity requirements for government contracts.
Investors who purchased HONA common stock during this period may be eligible to participate in the class action lawsuit and seek compensation for their losses. The deadline to join the suit is November 23, 2026.
