Honeywell Aerospace Sued Over Alleged False Statements About Suppliers
Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer LLP has filed a class-action lawsuit against Honeywell Aerospace Inc. (NASDAQ: HONA) on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired its common stock between June 29, 2026 and September 1, 2026.
The complaint alleges that the company made false statements and failed to disclose issues with suppliers and cybersecurity requirements for government contracts during this period.
Honeywell Aerospace's share price fell $47.17 or 23.16% on August 6, 2026, after it announced a 70% year-over-year decline in net income and a 32% year-over-year decline in adjusted earnings per share.
The U.S. Department of Justice Department later announced that Honeywell Aerospace agreed to pay over $2 million to settle False Claims Act allegations related to failing to comply with cybersecurity requirements in a U.S. Department of Defense contract.
